The Trinity River Wind Festival, held on May 12th, features an abundance of outdoor activities and exhibitions from noon to 6 p.m., including show kite teams from the Southwest, hot air balloons, Blackland Prairie Raptor Center birds, hang gliders, paper airplane making, wildflower planting, Dallas Zoo animals, and bounce houses with clowns and face painting.
