The company is a non-bank alternative focused on offering loans at lower rates than traditional lenders. SoFi’s primary customers are early stage professionals. Some of its products, such as parent loans and mortgages, are popular with a broader demographic. In September of 2015, the fintech company secured $1 billion in Series E funding led by SoftBank bringing total equity investment in SoFi to $1.42 billion.
About Property:
The Los Angeles Stadium at Hollywood Park, or LASED (short for Los Angeles Stadium and Entertainment District),[12] is the working name of an open-air ETFE roof-covered stadium and entertainment complex under construction in Inglewood, California, United States. Once complete, it will be approximately three miles (5 km) from Los Angeles International Airport, and is located immediately south of The Forum. Planned to open in 2020, the stadium will serve as the home to the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League (NFL).
