Supercell is a Finnish mobile game development company based in Helsinki, Finland. Founded in May 2010, the company's debut game was the browser game Gunshine.net, and after its release in 2011, Supercell started developing games for mobile devices. Since then, the company has fully released five mobile games: Hay Day, Clash of Clans, Boom Beach, Clash Royale, and Brawl Stars, which are freemium games and have been very successful for the company, the first two generating revenue of $2.4 million a day in 2013.

Paris Saint-Germain eSports is a French professional eSports club founded in 2016, and based in the city of Paris. The club is the eSports department of Paris Saint-Germain. PSG eSports was officially formed on 20 October 2016 by Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi during a press conference held at the Parc des Princes in Paris.[1]

The deal sees PSG, who already operate teams in other esports titles including Rocket League, Dota 2, and the Fifa 19 series, set up their own team for Supercell’s latest game, Brawl Stars. Supercell will also produce a PSG edition of the game.
