The company is owned by Major League Baseball Advanced Media, the interactive media and Internet division of Major League Baseball, and currently handles sales of tickets for 15 major league teams. It is expected that tickets.com will handle all sales of MLB tickets once all contracts expire with Ticketmaster.

Ross County Football Club is a Scottish professional football club based in Dingwall, Ross-shire. They play all of their home matches at the Global Energy Stadium in Dingwall.
Tickets.com’s ProVenue® suite of products will be used as the platform for supporting all ticketing requirements for the club, which started with season ticket renewals and ticket sales for the 2015/16 season’s opening fixtures.
