TNT Sports is the sports division of Warner Bros. Discovery, responsible for live sports broadcasting across TNT, TBS, TruTV, and the HBO Max streaming platform. The division holds major rights packages for MLB, NHL, NCAA March Madness, NASCAR, College Football Playoff, Big 12 conference sports, the French Open, AEW wrestling, U.S. Soccer, and boxing (via a DAZN partnership). TNT Sports also operates Bleacher Report and House of Highlights. Led by Chairman and CEO Luis Silberwasser, the division reached 46 million viewers in the UK alone over the past year, with HBO Max at 110.5 million subscribers globally.
The French Open is a major tennis tournament held over two weeks between late May and early June in Paris, France, at the Stade Roland Garros. It is the premier clay court tennis tournament in the world and the second of the four annual Grand Slam tournaments – the other three are the Australian Open, US Open and Wimbledon. Roland Garros is the only Grand Slam held on clay and ends the spring clay court season.
