Tucson Electric Power (TEP) is an electric utility company serving southern Arizona in the United States.
About Property:
The Winterhaven Festival of Lights, started in 1949, is a holiday festival in Tucson, Arizona and one of the longest running festivals of its kind in the country.
Starting next year, TEP pledged to provide $40,000 annually for the event, the company said in a news release. The funds will be used to pay off-duty police officers, as well as provide traffic control, barricades, insurance, portable restrooms and other items.
