Tucson Medical Center, licensed at 641 beds, is a locally governed nonprofit regional hospital in Tucson, Arizona. The medical center treats about 30,000 inpatients and 120,000 outpatients annually as well as around 6,000 infant births.
About Property:
El Tour de Tucson is one of the largest road bicycling events in the United States. The El Tour de Tucson was started in 1983 by cyclist Richard DeBernardis, current president of the Perimeter Bicycling Association of America. The ride takes place every November in Tucson, Arizona.
“El Tour, like TMC, is grassroots in this community,” said Julia Strange, TMC’s vice president, community benefit. “Tucson is really the healthiest city in the country. The work of El Tour is very in line with that.”
