About Property:
U.S. Bank Arena is an indoor arena, located in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, along the banks of the Ohio River, next to the Great American Ball Park. Completed in September 1975, the arena seats 17,556 people . It is the largest indoor arena in the Greater Cincinnati region with 346,100 square feet in area.
U.S. Bank agreed in 1998 to pay $3 million for the 10-year deal, or $300,000 a year, said David Broughton, research director at SportsBusiness Journal, a Charlotte, N.C.-based sister publication to the Business Courier.
