The Western Union Company is a financial services and communications company based in the United States. Its North American headquarters is in Englewood, Colorado. Until it discontinued the service in 2006, Western Union was the best-known U.S. company in the business of exchanging telegrams.
About Property:
The Women's Tennis Association, founded in 1973 by Billie Jean King, is the principal organizing body of Women's Professional Tennis. It governs the WTA Tour which is the worldwide professional tennis tour for women. Its counterpart organization in the men's professional game is the Association of Tennis Professionals.
Under the terms of the multi-year renewal, Western Union Business Solutions will continue as the WTA's official international payments provider and manage all corporate foreign exchange services. In addition to that, the WTA's tournaments will exclusively utilize Western Union Business Solutions to pay out prize money on behalf of all WTA tournaments as part of the player benefits program.
