Launched in 2011 from the spinoff of the water-related businesses of ITT Corporation, Xylem is headquartered in Rye Brook, N.Y., with 2015 revenues of $3.65 billion and 12,500 employees worldwide. Its products and services are focused in two areas: water infrastructure, which consists of businesses serving clean water delivery, wastewater transport and treatment, dewatering and analytical instrumentation; and applied water, which is residential and commercial building services companies, as well as industrial and agricultural applications.

Founded in 1880 as St. Mark's , they became Ardwick Association Football Club in 1887 and Manchester City in 1894. The club has played at the City of Manchester Stadium since 2003, having played at Maine Road from 1923.
