Luc's is an established brand based out of West Milford, NJ. Luc's has multiple food trucks that offer catering and have seasonal contracts with some of the largest breweries in the Hudson Valley area. Owner, John Koch, is known for his culinary excellence and entrepreneurship. Luc's previously had a brick and mortar store front on Greenwood Lake that John has since closed to focus on the build of the Guinness World Record contendor- The Vettro. The Vettro is a combination of a 2021 Corvette build with a 1950's Metro van body. Aiming to be the World's Fastest Food Truck- John has spent countless hours focusing on being able to craft a vehicle ahead of its time and specially organized for optimal culinary organization.
