Luc's has multiple food trucks that offer catering and have seasonal contracts with some of the largest breweries in the Hudson Valley area. Owner, John Koch, is known for his culinary excellence and entrepreneurship. Luc's previously had a brick and mortar store front on Greenwood Lake that John has since closed to focus on the build of the Guinness World Record contendor- The Vettro.
