At the Adelaide Fitness Expo, we celebrate movement. Whether that's cardio at the gym, lifting weights, playing sport, dancing or any number of other activities. We're Adelaide's only dedicated sports & fitness expo and we have something for every body.

The event runs annually at the Adelaide Showgrounds, South Australia's premier expo venue, where it has over 7000 square metres of exhibition space.

Filling that space is a statewide Crossfit competition, a national 3 on 3 basketball competition, a national street workout competition, seminars, workshops, displays and over 50 exhibitor stalls showcasing the latest in sport and fitness products and services.

This event is one of a kind both in Australia and around the globe.
