The Asbury Park Vegan Pop Up Shop is a vegan food festival and party hosted year-round in Asbury Park's iconic Convention Hall on the Asbury Park boardwalk. The event attracts 1,200 to 5,000 attendees and features 50 vegan and plant-based vendors. This plant-based pop-up market is a real community event and in 2019, events will feature bike rides, beach bonfires, live music, fancy drinks, craft beers and probably the world's first vegan shuffleboard tourney.
