EVENT PROPOSAL
Bringing Artists of the Western United States together for a three day live event, and for a photographic team category in November 2019 at the Temple Theatre in Tacoma, Washington. This event should be beneficial to the community, the artists and to the charitable organizations in which donations of the event tickets sales will be made.

The date for this event is November 8th, 9th and 10th 2019.
Event Outline:
Western Region Body Paint Competition the first Regional Body Paint Competition with models, the artists from the Western United States shall compete with each other and photographers in in a photographic team category that includes the three body paints of camouflage, optical illusion, and neon. Each Sponsor shall receive a 16x20 printed, framed and mounted picture signed by the team. The pictures shall be judged by the sponsors, public and our judges with the winner being announced on November 10th with a prize of $1500.00
Body Paint Live Competition shall take place over the course of 3 days, and each day the painters shall be painting live and in front of public at times during “ the tour of painters”. This shall give the opportunity for the public to come in, see and buy from vendors and create excitement for the live show that night and the nights to come.
The three paints, will be under the theme of arts and emotions. November 8, 2019 shall be “ Works of Art” which the painters shall create visually stunning pieces based off sculptures, paintings, architecture or glass pieces such as Chiluhily. November 9,2019 shall be a dual competition with Junior models and adult models who will be come visual comic books or 2 d Pop Art. They will be clothed in costume and paints shall be applied to necks, faces arms and legs only.
The last night shall be the final evening crowning a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Judges comments and top five named. Photographs of pieces.

November 10, 2019 Budget $12,000.00 Painters begin to work on their live canvas,
Live show begins at 7:30 p.m. catwalk, musical entertainment
Judges crown the victors. Photographs of pieces.

Sponsors shall have host/hostess walking around in full paint with their logo emblazoned on the host /hostess.

Each activity shall have an allocation of budget, for space use, paints, and breaks. The budget for each event is a total of $12,000.00 per day. This includes food and drinks.
