Culinary Concerts takes viewers to America's front porch, in a celebration of Appalachia. From visiting farms across the region, to preparing a farm to table meal, to sitting down with some of the area's best musicians, enjoying a performance and conversation, Culinary Concerts showcases two things that folks from Appalachia know best...great food and great music.

Show host Marion Ohlinger’s thirty-year career as a chef has carried him to over forty countries, five continents, all fifty states, and to helm kitchens in such diverse locales as Vail, Scottsdale, Seattle, and backcountry Alaska, before returning home to his roots. Chef Marion was selected for the inaugural edition of The Best Chefs in America 2013; voted 4-time Morgantown’s Best Chef, and West Virginia’s Best Chef by WV Living Magazine’s Best of 2015 Readers Poll Awards.

The program won a Telly award in 2021, and is being distributed to 200+ PBS stations across the country, as well as being available on the PBS app.
