GEAR is an all-female sportscar racing team. Our drivers co-pilot the #19 Lamborghini in the IMSA Championship. We are the ONLY all-female team. GEAR stands for “Girl Empowerment Around Racing.” It's our mission to inspire girls to be strong, smart, and bold... in racing and in life. GEAR participates in endurance style racing. Endurance races are long, sometimes up to 24 continuous hours, and requires multiple drivers. GEAR team drivers Katherine Legge (UK), Christina Nielsen (Denmark), Rahel Frey (Switzerland), and Tatiana Calderon (Columbia) are four of the top performing and most popular motorsport personalities in the world. The IMSA Championship series visits twelve iconic racing circuits in the U.S. and Canada. Over one-million fans attend these races in-person each year. The races are broadcast live on NBC and reach 350 million households in 143 countries.
