The Winter Celtic Festival is a fast-growing event that has quickly become a festival fan favorite. Located in historic Havre de Grace, MD, this event has grown from a dinner for 22 people into a 3-day festival in 6 short years. By building personal relationships with vendors and musicians we are able to market our festival to the most likely patrons and participants across the nation. We have attracted top vendors and internationally renowned musical acts and enjoy the support of both the town of Havre de Grace as well as the Celtic Festival world. Our mission is simple- we seek to share the diverse wonders of the Celtic world by educating and entertaining the public. We aim to bring together people of all walks of life and foster a sense of kinship through our shared Celtic roots. Highlights of The Winter Celtic Festival include national and international Celtic rock bands and traditional Celtic music, MASA-sanctioned Highland Games, Dogs of the Celtic World, unique vendors and artisans, Punch and Judy shows, children's area with kid-friendly activities, whiskey tastings, beard competitions, kilt competitions, Irish dancing, pub crawls, Gaelic language instruction, onsite food and drink, and much, much more. In the evening after the festival there are activities and events throughout the city. The festival is located at the STAR Centre of Havre de Grace, a perfect location within walking distance of many of our city's historic sites as well as restaurants, shops, and Air B&Bs. We are seeking savvy sponsors who recognize this unique and profitable opportunity to sponsor the entire event or a portion of it. Please see our website- www.HdGBurnsgathering.org to see who we are and what we're about. Slainte!
