Held at Citi Field in New York City, Hello Panda is the largest lantern festival in North America with over 120 lantern exhibits, live entertainment and interactive experiences. The first-ever Hello Panda Festival will stir the senses and inspire imaginations, lasting from Dec. 6th to Jan 26th. The Hello Panda Festival will feature lanterns that are more like massive art installations. There will be a 60 foot Christmas Tree lantern, plus lanterns that are shaped after dinosaurs and pandas, among other entertainment complexes facilitated with the accompaniment of lanterns. The heated 6 giant tents areas will play host to live performances covering a variety of musical styles, plus many other activities, such as dance competitions and model contests. Many art galleries with displays of masters from Asia and many parts of the world will also be featured. Symposiums on world peace, health, community, science etc etc will also be chaired by prominent elites. 40,000 sq ft ball pits for kids and adult amusement areas all make this a great family and cultural event. The Food Pavilion, run by the World's Fare, will feature 60 vendors offering Asian, Latin American, African, American and other culinary specialties.
