Heroes Linked is a non profit resource and opportunity for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses to gain professional development and career guidance through a network of volunteer private sector professionals to enhance their post- military employment and career prospects.

Heroes Linked significantly lowers the barriers to entry that prevent traditional face-to- face mentoring programs from attracting needed numbers of volunteer advisors. These barriers include intensive and long-term commitments of time, energy, and emotion. At the opposite end of the spectrum, so-called "e-mentoring" programs that utilize online message boards, text messages, and e-mail, are limited because due to the impersonal, generic experience they offer.
Heroes Linked bridges this gap through its innovative use of cutting edge technologies to enable personal advising conversations via phone calls that make it easy for volunteer advisors to get involved and share their knowledge of current business culture and the private sector job market.
