The IAAF is the global governing body of the sport of athletics (Track & Field). It is an organization comprised of 214 member federations who are responsible for the development and oversight of the sport, from grassroots to elite competition.
Athletics is the the Olympic Games' #1 sport, both in terms of fanbase/audience, as well as the number of athletes and number of countries represented.
