2025 will celebrate the inaugural launch of the International CAB Symposium (ICS), anticipated to recur annually in Paso Robles, CA, with wineries from around the world.

The event will consist of educational seminars, master classes, focused tastings, and winemaker dinners focused on CAB (Cabernet and Bordeaux) varietal wine.

Participation and global recognition for the event is anticipated to grow in the coming years, as will the attendance by wineries, trade, and media alike.
