Goal for Initiative: Honor and celebrate 28 Black leaders who are currently & greatly impacting the next generation of diverse talent with excellence through their intentional efforts.

How: 28 leaders will be honored from February 1st-28th. One person per day on Interns 2 Pros' social media platforms. In addition, each will receive a custom award.

Interns 2 Pros, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that cares deeply about the future workforce. Our mission is to connect, inspire, and fully equip diverse college and high-school students for careers in Media, Technology, Sports, Entertainment, Government, and more. This is done through connecting students with internship & fellowship programs, implementing robust talent & leadership development programs, educational content, impactful educational events & resources, mentorship opportunities, awards for high performing students, and also providing financial scholarships for students of color in need. Cultivating habitual workforce & workplace readiness at every touchpoint for the next generation is our core focus.
