Founded in 2014, the Next Generation Action Network (NGAN) stands as a prominent social justice organization in North Texas, with a national presence. Our unwavering mission centers on lobbying for social change and equality, championing the rights of all, irrespective of race, religion, nationality, gender, sex, or age. As dedicated community advocates, NGAN focuses on addressing human and civil rights violations, becoming a powerful voice for the voiceless.

NGAN's impactful journey commenced with a pivotal victory—the advocacy for the Texas statewide law, C.L.E.A.R Alert. Prompted by the mishandling of D'Lisa Kelley's disappearance by the Dallas Police Department in 2014, NGAN played a pivotal role in the law's creation, addressing missing adults' issues. Another early triumph involved collaborating with students at South Oak Cliff High School in 2015. Facilitating a walkout drew attention to the school's deplorable conditions, resulting in a $62 million renovation in 2020, fostering a safer and more conducive learning environment.

In recent endeavors, NGAN actively supported two young women in their fight against a Dallas bar allowing unethical practices, including suspicions of drugging. Through collective efforts, NGAN compelled the closure of the establishment, signaling a stance against reprehensible conduct. These accomplishments merely scratch the surface of NGAN's impactful initiatives, spanning protests, press conferences, and events, consistently standing against injustice in our community. Since its inception, NGAN has proven itself as a force for positive change, achieving remarkable milestones and tirelessly advocating for a more just and equitable society.
