Ognjen holds a professional fight record of 8-3 (2 KO, 3 TKO) with a 13-5-2 amateur record. He currently is the World Kickboxing Associations (WKA) Professional Full-Rules Muay Thai Lightweight Champion and the World Boxing Commission (WBC) Full-Rules Muay Thai Super Featherweight Champion. In 2012 Ognjen was named New Jersey Martial Arts Hall of Fame Muay Thai Fighter of the Year. In 2011 Topic was North American Professional Rookie of the year by the Muay Thai Authority website, as well as the 2011 United States Breakthrough Fighter of the Year by the Muay Thai Is Life website. He was also named The World Kickboxing Association (WKA) Professional Fighter of the Month for December of 2011.
