Consistent reach of other/previously unreached demographics, increased brand awareness with a focus on promotion of sponsors provided on new magazine web site and ads and promotion on social media – mainly Instagram but also Facebook. Followers 10K across all platforms with high engagement.
Social level - the magazine is focused on increasing ethnic diversity and inclusion and a Sponsor partnership provides an opportunity to align with an ethnic minority/black owned business in the wake of months of protests and increased awareness of inequity between races. Sponsoring this type of project provides brand awareness of your product/s to different demographics as well as an opportunity to demonstrate action against persistent racial inequity – which is of interest to many corporate entities at this time.

MISSION STATEMENT
To increase much needed diversity in the fashion industry by increasing awareness of globally diverse brands/designers and increased involvement of minority fashion or editorial professionals as a whole. However, fashion industry aside representation of young women of color in media and magazines remains an important issue and does wonders for self-esteem for young girls or adolescents.

FOUNDER STORY
SOPHIA BATSON is a 20-year veteran of the fashion Industry and started and has persisted with this magazine because of great need. Whilst in the last 3-4 years she has watched strides in model diversity - designers, creative directors and other senior fashion professionals experience great hurdles with work and progress. Ms. Batson was raised internationally - educated in England and Jamaica, attending University in San Francisco, lived 6 years in Milan, Italy, several years in New York and views the racial inequity and diversity issue on a global scale. With an educational background in Science she was on the path to becoming an M.D. and then switched gears. Her fashion career started as an Assistant at Women’s Wear Daily, and she also spent several years working in banking. The favorite part of her role is mentoring and working with creatives at the start of their professional journey.
