We are a boxing management firm here in Charlotte, NC. We also have a training facility in Ft. Lauderdale. Tyc Sports and Payne Boxing have entered into an agreement to produce the Payne Boxing Series. Our last show was on August 15 in Daytona Beach, Florida and it was a big success. We are having our next show in Rock Hill, SC at the Recreation and Events Center on November 7. TyC televises and live streams our fights. They reach about 20 million households -- 3 million of which are in the United States.

We are also expecting members of the Charlotte City Council to attend the fight as they are asking us to hold future fights in Charlotte.

3. Christy Martin is the promoter of our event. She is the first female boxer and the greatest female boxer of all time. She has a massive following and will help bring attention to your company.
