We are a start-up non-profit 501c3 company whose mission is to recruit, train and mentor the next generation of sports officials from within the ranks of our military servicemembers (SM), preferably between the ages of 18-25 years old. Most SM's in that age group don't make enough to support themselves, so assistance from corporate sponsors is needed to ensure these SM's can be successful officials, without the heavy financial burden resulting from having the up-front costs of state and local registration fees, and uniform expenses. With our schools desperate for younger healthy officials, and many SM's needing additional income, we at RAMS hope to become the premier officiating organization dedicated exclusively to/for our military SM's across the country!
