She Podcasts LIVE is the world’s largest gathering of women podcasters, audio content creators, story tellers, and more. This is the in-person community event that has exploded into a gathering of thousands of women who are traveling from all over the world to support, encourage and inspire each other.

The goal of our event, and the community as a whole, is to help women get their messages out into the world. We help by offering a safe space to ask questions, raise concerns, and a judgement-free atmosphere to celebrate and support one another. We also seek diverse speakers and attendees, making sure that our event is accessible to any and all socioeconomic backgrounds. In addition, we are striving to create a sustainable event for 2020. We will forego paper programs and will be encouraging our partners to be paper-free as well.

Our first event was last year in October 2019, in Atlanta, Georgia. A Kickstarter was created on March 1, 2019 to seek funding and support from the large online community to help fund the She Podcasts LIVE event.

The community responded. On April 4, 2019 the Kickstarter was fully funded for $25,000 and closed 2 weeks later April 17 with 341 backers and over double the goal, $50,547. With the Kickstarter alone, we had sold 200 tickets to the event.

The podcasting community was and still is thirsty for an event like this. Similar podcast conferences for creators do very well, with 1000 - 3000 attendees.
Our event is for all women creators - independent, media employed, anyone who is involved in producing a podcast.

This year, our event is in Scottsdale, AZ. We are focusing on education still, and are adding an element of self-care and a track that supports wellbeing.
Women podcasters will participate in a weekend of learning, camaraderie, and belonging as they learn the core skills and aspects needed for every stage of podcasting. Women who have been successful achieving their goals through podcasting will teach everything from RSS to confidence and everything in between. Content, schedule, vendors and even swag will be customized to our attendees, women in the podcasting space, with very important things to say.

We are looking for partners who want to be in front of 1-2K women, highly educated, somewhat technical, all major influencers. Our show hashtags last year reached over a million Twitter users and had over 4 million impressions. These attendees are social, they're great marketers, and they share to their listeners who share again and again.
