SISTERS OF SOUL: THE MUSICAL is a musical comedy that follows the lives and loves of four sisters told through the songs of Sister Sledge, The Emotions, The Pointer Sisters, and The Jones Girls.

Synopsis:
As young girls, sisters Shirley, Ruth, and Jeanette Sparrow made up the Gospel group “The Sparrow Sisters”. In the upswing of their career, Shirley meets and marries Roy Johnson, a self-proclaimed “Entrepreneur,” and leaves the group…hanging.
Twenty years later, the women are asked to sing at the Mayors' fundraiser, giving them a second chance at making their dreams come true. With the addition of their youngest sister Kathy, they have now reformed their group as “Sisters of Soul”, and are excited about their future in R&B music, except for one thing, will Shirley allow her now unemployed, alcoholic husband to kill their dream…again?
