The Texas Gay Rodeo Association is proud to announce the 2022 Texas Tradition Rodeo to be held at the Denton County Fair Grounds in Denton , Texas April 09 April 11, 2022. As you may be aware, TGRA has multiple events each year to promote women and men in the western lifestyle as well as the sport o f rodeo. We are producing many rodeo events throughout DFW and other cities in Texas. These events will not only bring excitement to residents from North Texas but all of Texas and to international rodeo associations across North America. Our organization is a recognized 501(c) 3 charitable organization founded in 1983 . During our time, we have raised over $3 ,500,000 for local and state wide charities throughout Texas . Such success is greatly dependent upon businesses and individuals such as you .
With the generous supporters we have been able to help many families and individuals to meet their essential daily needs such as medication, food, and housing. As you are aware , COVID 19 has greatly affected everyone and has
limited our annual fundraising opportunities. Because of this, a profitable rodeo will be especially important as it will benefit our charity partners all of whom are 501(c)3 organizations as well.
Currently we are looking for partnerships in our rodeo production for 2022 . You will find enclosed documents, which include details on various opportunities. Your donation ranging in the assorted levels will help to ensure a profitable and successful event once again for TGRA and its Charities. If you would like to create a unique combination of
sponsorship activities, I would be happy to assist. We can work with budgets of any size to promote your business while supporting the rodeo! We look forward to being partners in the community once again with a successful and
