We believe fathers are the cornerstones of our families and communities. We are committed to equipping and supporting fathers by increasing their self-esteem through education and relevant programs so that they may be loving husbands and responsible and committed fathers.

Our mission is to provide fathers and men with information, education, connections, resources, support, and guidance to improve their lives, health, community support, and family relationships, especially as fathers with their children.

Throughout the year, we provide training workshops and programs for men and fathers throughout New Jersey and the tri-state region. We emphasize the importance of fatherhood and raising awareness of issues facing fathers of color.

For 2025, we’re excited to bring you a powerful, reimagined conference designed to empower young fathers of color to take on the challenge of active, positive parenting. This year’s conference focuses on education, support, and community connection, helping over 150 fathers become leaders, providers, and role models in their families and communities.

With the help of our partners, we’re enhancing services and creating new, evidence-based programs tailored to the unique challenges faced by young fathers. We’ll tackle key issues like living wages, affordable housing, emotional and social wellness, and parenting skills.

The Dad Resource Hub will inspire young fathers to build stronger families and brighter futures through engaging workshops, impactful programs, and meaningful outreach.

Our collaborators play a vital role in supporting our mission. They generously provide workshop spaces and assist us in recruiting fathers for our workshops and conferences.
