USYLA, US Youth Leeway Association, is an American nonprofessional/ youth /college/amateur sport association, created to promote, organize and deliver the practice of its modality, Leeway, through sport events, conferences, referee & coaches certification courses, player training & education. And always having in mind safety, entertainment and efficiency as its three pillars. USYLA is linked to the I.F.O.L.A. which govern and coordinate Leeway's global activities. At this time it has its counterpart entity already registered in the UK, The Leeway Sport Company Limited.

Leeway is a new sport modality, designed, field tested (2018) & published (2021) being fully copyrighted in the US and its mark trademarked as well. In a nutshell Leeway is an innovative product derived from Soccer/Football where many of its elements & aspects deemed unwanted were changed or eliminated. It is faster, more time-efficient, more intense and has many qualities not present in Soccer/Football. It has its own field, rules, dynamics, duration, number of players on the field, infraction/ substitution systems and has totally unique scoring, offside, kickoff, a forward rule (where the ball cannot be sent back into the defense field after crossing the midfield line) and the side-kick in ( to put the ball back in game when the ball goes outbound by sidelines). And what all these new aspects & rules when put together and simultaneously in action during a match, it does create a totally different atmosphere. It is extremely simple and intuitive based on a simple field & rules. It takes about 15 minutes for a teenager to learn the sport and play. It is obviously played with feet and a ball. Except for the goalkeeper. So, the performance of a player will depend notably on their technical skills.

What and Who are we looking for?

We are looking for companies who align themselves with innovative products & services and dare to present/introduce them to the market. We are looking for a collaboration, in the sense that, we want to partner with brands/companies that has services & products which we can see ourselves associated with and to whom we will offer more than just BOARD and LOGO visualization during our sport events. Here in the US and in the UK.

We want to elaborate for each potential partner a BRAND/COMPANY SPECIFIC ACTIVATION STRATEGY that will take place during our sport events or during our event streaming /video podcasts (i.e., store or websites discount coupons for products or services, samples, onsite or online subscription of services). This way, for those present at that sport event or those watching our streaming or podcasts, there will be a moment in which not only what this partner company does but also an opportunity to bring a potential new customer closer to your company and create / establish an interest or even a new customer relationship. Look at the example of store or website coupons. The old-fashioned concept of a mere LOGO and NAME / BOARD visualization is a subpar approach as sponsorship is not synonym of advertising. There must be more than that. If your company wanted only advertising, it would pay for these services and would put ads.

We are a NEW SPORT, NEW COMPANY, navigating a very complex industry which is Sports & Entertainment, and we welcome expertise from those doing it longer than us or in their respective industries. We also aim to become global very soon. And the good news, we will. We know we have an OUTSTANDING PRODUCT called Leeway and this is an intrinsic value. No marketing or promotion can make up for bad product or service, it needs to have its merit.

We will give/extend exclusivity for companies in each specific segment of activity, meaning we will not have competing brands in a very specific niche as it defies the purpose of a partnership in the first place.
