Venu Holding Corporation (NYSE American: VENU) is a publicly-traded American live entertainment and hospitality company based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Founded in 2017 by entrepreneur J. W. Roth (originally as Notes Live), VENU designs, develops, owns, and operates upscale, artist-centric live music venues and premium hospitality destinations in midsize U.S. cities. Its portfolio includes the 9,570-seat Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs and a growing series of multi-season Sunset Amphitheaters (12,500–20,000 capacity) under development in McKinney, TX; Broken Arrow, OK (the Regent Bank Amphitheater); and El Paso, TX—alongside entertainment campuses featuring Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse & Tavern, The Hall at Bourbon Brothers, and Phil Long Music Hall. VENU is known for its premium amenities including privately-owned Luxe FireSuites and the Aikman Club, and for a “Fan-Founded, Fan-Owned, Artist-Inspired” model built on public-private partnerships. The company has formed partnerships with AEG Presents, Billboard, Aramark, Tixr, Troy Aikman, Dierks Bentley, and Niall Horan. VENU went public in November 2024 in the first IPO for a Colorado Springs company. Led by Founder, Chairman & CEO J.W. Roth, it employs roughly 250 people.
